Patrician Brothers' College - Community Links


Affiliated Clubs

Our College has three affiliated Sports Clubs that provide opportunities for students of the College and the district to participate in sport. These three clubs are organized and co-ordinated by parents. They are:

* Patrician Brothers' Junior Rugby League Club
* Fairfield Patrician Brothers' Soccer Club Inc
* Patrician Brothers' Cricket Club


Business Partnerships

The College has established and developed a successful partnership with our business community and service groups, which has enhanced learning outcomes for our students.

This partnership provides for:

* creating more diverse, on-the-job learning experiences and post school opportunities for our students
* participating in Vocational Education Work Placement and Training
* providing our students with involvement in various local enrichment programs
* supporting the College's Education Festival

* Police Service:
We welcome and have a close association with the Local Command of the Fairfield Police Service in helping provide educational programs for our boys.

* Local, State and Federal Government: The College and its students are often invited to join the government in discussion and deliberation on youth issues and with the development government policy on youth.

* Service Clubs: The College has had a long association with local service clubs such as Rotary, RSL Clubs, Marconi Sports Club and Cabra-Vale Diggers Club, and supports their initiatives in helping others
